Will it download or install anything on our machines?
No. WebRun reads the version and licence information in your Affinity account and writes it into Notion and Trello. Downloading and installing an update is always done by the designer on their own machine.
Will it buy licences or change my Affinity account?
No. WebRun never purchases, renews, or edits anything in your Affinity account. It reads the account pages and reports what it finds, so billing decisions stay with you.
Why does version drift matter in a design studio?
Files saved in a newer Affinity release can refuse to open on an older one, so a studio split across versions loses time on handoffs. Tracking it weekly keeps everyone able to open each other's work.
