Automated Photoshop Design Review Roundup

Every morning, WebRun signs in to Adobe Photoshop on the web, opens each cloud document you have shared for review, reads the comments left since yesterday, groups them into one outstanding revision list per file, texts you when a file with a deadline still has open feedback, and blocks revision time in Google Calendar.

In short

How do I collect design review feedback into one revision list?

WebRun builds your revision list every morning. It opens your shared Adobe Photoshop cloud documents, reads the comments reviewers left since yesterday, groups them into one outstanding list per file, texts you through Twilio when a deadline is at risk, and blocks revision time in Google Calendar.

  • A revision round becomes one pass instead of chasing threads
  • Files with feedback and a near deadline get a same-morning text
  • Every file's outstanding comments arrive attached to booked time

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens photoshop.adobe.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Adobe Photoshop - collect reviewer comments
    photoshop.adobe.com
WebRun in Adobe Photoshop: collect reviewer comments
WebRun opens Adobe Photoshop to collect reviewer comments.
    • Sign in to Adobe Photoshop on the web and open your cloud documents
    • For each document shared for review, read the comments left since yesterday
    • Group the open comments into one revision list per file, keeping the reviewer name against each
    • Note the current version so already-addressed feedback is not listed twice

Done when Each shared file has one list of its outstanding comments with reviewer names.

  3. 2
Twilio - text about at-risk files
    twilio.com
WebRun in Twilio: text about at-risk files
WebRun opens Twilio to text about at-risk files.
    • Text the designer when a file due within two days still has open comments
    • Name the file, the number of open comments, and the due date
    • Send nothing on mornings when no deadline is at risk
    • Only text your own team numbers, never a client or reviewer

Done when The designer has been texted about every at-risk file, or nothing was at risk.

  4. 3
Google Calendar - block the revision time
    calendar.google.com
WebRun in Google Calendar: block the revision time
WebRun opens Google Calendar to block the revision time.
    • Create a private revision block on your own calendar sized to the open comment count
    • Title it with the file name so the work is obvious at a glance
    • Put the file's revision list in the event description
    • Never invite the reviewer or the client: these blocks stay on your own calendar

Done when Today's revision work has a calendar block per file with its list attached.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it reply to reviewers or edit my files?

No. WebRun reads the comments and writes them into your own revision list and calendar. It never replies to a reviewer, resolves a comment, or edits the artwork itself.

Does it invite clients to the calendar blocks?

No. The revision blocks are private events on your own calendar with no guests, so a client never sees how long you set aside or what the feedback said.

How does it avoid listing feedback I already fixed?

It notes the version each comment sits against and skips comments already marked resolved, so the morning list only carries what is genuinely still outstanding.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
