Will it message clients on its own?
No. Every handoff text is queued in Twilio as unsent and waits for a human to approve it. Filing the assets in your own Google Drive is the only step that happens automatically, because that folder is internal until you share it.
Can it delete or overwrite my working files?
No. WebRun reads Creative Cloud and copies approved versions outward. It never deletes a file, never overwrites a version, and never changes a Creative Cloud folder, so your working files stay exactly as your team left them.
How does it know a file is approved?
It reads the review comments on the file's latest version and only picks up files marked approved by a person. Work in progress and files with open comments are left where they are.
