Automated AAdvantage Loyalty Points Tracking

Every Monday, WebRun signs in to your American Airlines account, reads the miles balance and the Loyalty Points earned so far, works out the gap to the next status tier and the pace needed to reach it, raises a Trello card for miles or points approaching expiry, and texts you the summary.

In short

How do I track my airline status progress and expiring miles?

WebRun reads your American Airlines AAdvantage account every Monday, capturing the miles balance, the Loyalty Points earned, and the gap to the next status tier. It raises Trello cards for anything approaching expiry and texts you the summary, so a qualifying flight is booked while it still counts.

  • You see the gap to the next tier and the pace needed, every week
  • Expiring miles get a dated card before they lapse
  • A credited flight is confirmed without opening the account

Built for frequent flyers · business travellers · travel managers · points enthusiasts

Questions, answered

Will it book flights or redeem miles?

No. WebRun reads your AAdvantage account and reports the numbers. Booking a flight, redeeming miles, and any payment stay with you, so nothing is spent or reserved on your behalf.

Where do the tier numbers come from?

From your own account summary on aa.com: the Loyalty Points shown against the qualifying period and the threshold displayed for the next tier. WebRun reports what your account shows rather than estimating.

Who receives the text?

Only the number you configure, which is your own. Nothing about your account is shared with anyone else, and the Trello board stays private to you.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
