In short

How do I track my sales team's 99 ride spend by rep each week?

WebRun reviews your sales team's 99 ride history every Monday, checks each ride against the rep's Google Calendar for a matching meeting, and posts a ride spend scorecard by rep to Microsoft Teams. Unexplained rides with no nearby meeting get flagged, so travel spend stays visible without a manual review.

  • Ride spend by rep is visible every Monday without a manual report
  • Unexplained rides get flagged before they reach the expense report
  • The whole team's travel spend is ranked in one scorecard

Questions, answered

Will it approve or block anyone's ride spend?

No. WebRun only reports spend and flags unexplained rides. Any approval or policy decision is made by the sales manager.

What counts as an unexplained ride?

A ride with no calendar meeting scheduled near its time or location. It's flagged for review, not judged as improper.

Does it cover rides booked outside the team 99 account?

No. It only reads rides visible in the connected team account, so a rep's personal rides on a separate account won't appear.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
