Automated 15Five Objective Progress Reviews

Every Monday, WebRun opens 15Five, reads every active objective and its latest progress update, flags the ones untouched for weeks or tracking behind where the quarter should be, writes a review page in Notion, and WhatsApps each owner a short nudge with just their own objectives.

In short

How do I find team objectives that have stopped progressing?

WebRun reviews your 15Five objectives every Monday, comparing each one's progress against how far the quarter has run and how long since its last update. It writes a classified review page in Notion and WhatsApps each owner a nudge covering only their own stalled objectives.

  • Objectives with no update in weeks are surfaced while the quarter can still be saved
  • Owners get a private nudge rather than being called out in a channel
  • The Notion page builds a week-by-week record of how the quarter actually ran

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens my.15five.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
    15Five - read objective progress
    15five.com
WebRun in 15Five: read objective progress
WebRun opens 15Five to read objective progress.
    • Sign into 15Five and open the objectives view for the current quarter
    • Capture each objective, its owner, its current progress, and the date of its last update
    • Compare progress against how far through the quarter you are and flag anything materially behind
    • Flag any objective with no update for longer than your cutoff, even if the number looks fine
    • Note objectives with no owner assigned, since those stall hardest

Done when Every active objective has an owner, a progress figure, and a staleness flag.

  3. 2
Notion - write the weekly review page
    notion.so
WebRun in Notion: write the weekly review page
WebRun opens Notion to write the weekly review page.
    • Create this week's objective review page in your Notion team space
    • Table every objective with its owner, progress, expected progress, and days since last update
    • Group the page into on track, behind, and no recent update
    • Link each row back to the objective in 15Five
    • Keep last week's page so the trend across the quarter stays visible

Done when This week's review page exists in Notion with every objective classified.

  4. 3
WhatsApp - nudge each objective owner
    whatsapp.com
WebRun in WhatsApp: nudge each objective owner
WebRun opens WhatsApp to nudge each objective owner.
    • Send each owner a short WhatsApp message listing only their own flagged objectives
    • Say how many days since the last update and what progress the quarter implies they should be at
    • Ask for an update in 15Five rather than a reply in chat
    • Never change a progress number, close an objective, or write an update on someone's behalf

Done when Every owner of a flagged objective has been nudged.

Questions, answered

Will it update objectives or write in someone's review?

No. WebRun only reads 15Five. It never edits a progress number, closes an objective, posts a check-in, or writes anything into an employee's record. Updates stay the owner's own words.

Is this used to rank or score employees?

No. The page reports objective status, not people. It shows which goals lack a recent update so they get attention, and it produces no ranking, score, or performance judgement about anyone.

Does everyone see everyone else's flags?

The Notion review page shows the full objective picture to whoever has access to that team space, but each WhatsApp nudge contains only that person's own objectives, so nobody is called out in a group message.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
