Automated ZipRecruiter Job Post Reporting

Every Monday, WebRun signs in to ZipRecruiter, opens each live job posting, records how many views and applicants it pulled in the last week and how many days it has been live, writes a row per role into your Airtable hiring table, and files a short written report in the hiring folder in Google Drive with the roles that need a rewrite at the top.

In short

How do I track which of my job postings are actually working?

WebRun opens ZipRecruiter every Monday and reads the views, applicant count, and days live for each of your job postings. It logs a row per role in Airtable and files a written report in your Google Drive hiring folder, listing roles with no new applicants this week first.

  • Dead postings are spotted in a week instead of a month
  • Every role has a dated history you can compare against
  • The hiring report is written and filed before Monday standup

Questions, answered

Will it edit or repost my job listings?

No. WebRun only reads the stats on your live postings. It never edits a job description, reposts, pauses a listing, or spends any budget. The report suggests rewrites and a human makes them.

Does it contact candidates?

No. This run never opens a candidate profile, sends a message, or moves anyone through a stage. It works only with posting-level numbers: views, applicant counts, and days live.

How does it decide a role needs attention?

A role is flagged when it has had no new applicants for seven days, or when its weekly applicant count drops sharply against its own previous weeks. Both thresholds are yours to set.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
