How long before an order counts as unsettled?
More than 5 business days by default. You can adjust that window, and anything past it lands on the Airtable tracker and the Notion list.
Will WebRun chase the customer or trigger a payout?
No. WebRun only reads settlement status from Zip and reports on it. It never contacts the customer, triggers a payout, or moves money. Zip's own collection process handles the customer side.
What does the weekly Notion list show?
Every unsettled order with its ID, amount, and days outstanding, plus the total still owed, so finance can see the full picture in one place.
