Automated Zenoti Weekly Location Scorecard

Every Monday, WebRun opens Zenoti, pulls the past week's booking count, top service, and revenue for each location, logs a scorecard row per location into Airtable, and drafts a Gmail summary comparing locations for the owner to review and forward to managers.

In short

How do I compare weekly performance across my Zenoti locations?

Every Monday, WebRun pulls the past week's bookings, top service, and revenue for each Zenoti location, logs a scorecard row per location into Airtable, and drafts a Gmail summary comparing locations for the owner to review and send. Multi-location owners get a comparable weekly view without pulling reports out of Zenoti by hand.

  • Location performance is comparable every Monday without a manual export
  • The weakest-performing location gets flagged early, not at month end
  • Owners get a ready summary instead of building one from raw data

Built for Multi-location spa and salon owners · medspa operators · regional managers · franchise owners

Questions, answered

Will the summary email send to managers without review?

No. WebRun only drafts the email in Gmail. The owner reviews and sends it themselves, nothing goes to managers automatically.

Can it track more than one location?

Yes. It pulls a separate week-over-week figure for every location on your Zenoti account and logs each as its own scorecard row.

Does it change anything in Zenoti?

No. It only reads bookings and revenue data and reports it. All scheduling and point-of-sale activity stays exactly as staff entered it.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
