In short

How do I track weekly on-time delivery performance in XPO?

WebRun reviews your XPO shipments every Monday, scores on-time delivery and exceptions by lane, logs the scorecard as a card on a Trello board, and posts the summary to your operations team in Microsoft Teams, so lane performance and recurring delivery problems are visible at a glance every week.

  • On-time delivery performance is scored automatically every week
  • Underperforming lanes surface at the top of the scorecard
  • A full history of weekly scorecards builds up on one Trello board

Built for shipping and logistics managers · supply chain teams · warehouse operations · procurement teams

Questions, answered

Will it contact carriers or customers about a late delivery?

No. WebRun only scores last week's shipments and reports internally. It never contacts a carrier, driver, or customer on its own.

How is the on-time rate calculated?

It reads each shipment's scheduled versus actual delivery time in XPO and tallies the percentage that arrived on time, broken down by lane.

Can I see more than just this week's number?

Yes. Every week's scorecard is added as a new card on the Trello board, so you can compare performance over time.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
