Automated Xoom Transfer Receipt Archiving

Every morning, WebRun opens Xoom, checks every transfer sent since the last run along with its delivery status, archives each receipt to Google Drive, and posts a short digest to Slack so you have a running record and a same day read on what's delivered and what's still pending.

In short

How do I keep a record of my Xoom transfer receipts and their status?

WebRun checks Xoom every morning for transfers sent since the last run, archives each receipt to Google Drive, and posts a status digest to Slack noting anything still pending delivery. It never sends a transfer itself, so you keep a searchable receipt archive and a same day read on delivery status without digging through Xoom.

  • Every transfer receipt is archived without manual downloading
  • Pending transfers get called out the same morning
  • A searchable receipt history builds up automatically in Drive

Built for remittance senders · small business owners · freelancers paying overseas contractors · families sending money abroad

Questions, answered

Will it send a new transfer or resend a pending one?

No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own. It only reads transfers you already sent and reports on their status, leaving any new transfer to you.

Can I find a specific receipt later?

Yes. Every receipt is saved to Google Drive named with the recipient and date, so you can search for it without digging back through Xoom.

How does it flag a delayed transfer?

Any transfer still showing pending delivery status in Xoom is called out separately in the Slack digest, so it doesn't blend in with the delivered ones.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
