What happens to an unmatched payment?
It gets a next-day recheck on the finance Google Calendar and a line in the Teams summary, so it gets a second look instead of being forgotten.
Will WebRun issue a refund for a failed Xendit payment?
No. WebRun only reconciles and reports on payments it finds in Xendit. It never issues a refund or moves money on its own. Refunds stay queued for a human to approve.
Does it cover every payment method Xendit supports?
Yes. It reads whatever payment methods show up in your Xendit transaction export, whether that is cards, e-wallets, or bank transfers, and reconciles all of them the same way.
