Automated WorldRemit Stale Transfer Tracking
Every Monday, WebRun opens WorldRemit, checks the status of every recent contractor transfer, flags any still pending more than 2 business days onto a Trello card, and posts the full chase list to Microsoft Teams for finance to work through.
How do I track WorldRemit transfers that are stuck in pending?
WebRun checks WorldRemit every Monday for contractor transfers still pending more than 2 business days, logs each one to a Trello card with the recipient and amount, and posts the full chase list to Microsoft Teams. A stuck international transfer gets followed up on instead of being assumed delivered.
- Stuck transfers are caught within the week, not when a contractor complains
- Every stale transfer gets a Trello card for follow-up
- Finance gets one weekly chase list instead of checking each transfer
Built for remote-first companies · payroll and ops teams · businesses paying overseas contractors

Questions, answered
How long does a transfer have to be pending before it's flagged?
More than 2 business days by default. You can tighten or loosen that window, and anything past it gets a Trello card and a place on the chase list.
Will WebRun resend or cancel a stuck transfer?
No. WebRun only reads transfer status and reports on it. It never resends, cancels, or moves money on a transfer. Any action on a stuck transfer is left for you to take directly in WorldRemit.
What does the Trello card contain?
The recipient, amount, and how many days the transfer has been pending, so whoever picks it up can act without reopening WorldRemit first.
