Automated Worktile Approval Escalation Alerts
Every few minutes, WebRun checks Worktile for approval requests, whether a task sign off, an expense, or a stage gate, that have waited over four hours, pings the assigned approver on Telegram, and sends a Twilio text if it is still unresolved two hours later.
How do I stop approval requests from stalling in Worktile?
WebRun checks Worktile every few minutes for approval requests waiting over four hours and pings the assigned approver on Telegram with a direct link to the item. If it is still pending two hours later, WebRun sends a Twilio text as a second nudge, so approvals stop quietly blocking work while everyone assumes someone else is handling it.
- Approvals rarely sit stalled for more than a few hours
- Approvers get a direct link instead of hunting for the request
- Work stops waiting on approvals nobody noticed were pending

Questions, answered
Will it approve requests on someone's behalf?
No. WebRun only reads pending approvals and alerts the approver. Approving or rejecting a request always happens in Worktile by a person.
Who gets the text message?
Only the internal approver already assigned to the request in Worktile. WebRun never texts a customer or anyone outside your team.
What counts as stalled?
Any approval waiting over four hours triggers the first Telegram ping, and two hours without action after that triggers the Twilio text.
