Chase unsigned grower contracts for you
Every Monday during contracting season, WebRun opens InnoVint to list this year's grower contracts by block and tonnage, checks each one's signature status in DocuSign, drafts a polite reminder email in Gmail for any grower who has not signed, and leaves it for your office manager to review before it sends.

How do I track which grower contracts are still unsigned?
WebRun tracks which grower contracts still need a signature and chases them for you, without contacting a grower unattended. Every Monday during contracting season, it lists this year's contracts by block and terms in InnoVint, checks each one's status in DocuSign, and drafts a polite reminder in Gmail for anyone overdue, leaving it unsent for your office manager to review and send.
- Overdue grower signatures surface every Monday instead of at crush
- Reminders go out as a reviewed draft, never unattended
- Tonnage and price terms stay linked to signature status in one list
Built for winery owners · vineyard managers · office managers · small production wineries

Questions, answered
Will it email growers a reminder without approval?
No. Every reminder is left as an unsent draft in Gmail. Your office manager reviews the tone and details and sends it, WebRun never contacts a grower on its own.
How does it decide a contract is overdue?
It checks each envelope's status in DocuSign and counts the days since it was sent or last viewed. You set the number of days before it counts as overdue, 5 by default.
Does it track tonnage terms as well as signatures?
Yes. It reads each contract's block, tonnage estimate, and price terms from InnoVint alongside the DocuSign status, so the list shows both what is owed and who still needs to sign.
