Will it email the gallery to customers without me?
No. WebRun builds the gallery in Google Drive and drafts the wrap-up email, then leaves it unsent in Gmail. You review the photos and the message and approve each send yourself.
Who can see the gallery link?
Only the customer you send it to. The share link is view-only and scoped to that customer's own folder in Google Drive, so one customer's photos are never exposed to another.
What if a completed job is missing its after photos?
It skips that job's gallery and email and notes the missing photos in the run, so your installer can upload them in Tint Wiz before the wrap-up goes out.
