Automated Wave Mobile Money Daily Digest
Every night, WebRun opens the Wave merchant account, lists every payment received and cash-out with its amount and time, logs each one as a row in an Airtable ledger, and emails the shop owner a digest of the day's totals.
How do I get a daily digest of my Wave mobile money transactions?
WebRun checks your Wave mobile money account every night, lists every payment received and cash-out with its amount and time, and logs each one as a row in an Airtable ledger. It then emails the shop owner a digest with the day's totals and largest transaction, so nothing needs to be tallied by hand.
- Every transaction is logged without manual entry
- The owner gets a nightly total by email instead of tallying by hand
- Weeks of history are searchable in one Airtable ledger

Questions, answered
What counts as a cash-out?
Any transaction where money leaves the merchant's Wave balance to a customer or an agent. It is totaled separately from payments received so the daily net is clear.
Can WebRun send or withdraw money from my Wave account?
No. WebRun only reads transactions that already happened and reports on them. It never sends a payment, withdraws funds, or moves money on its own.
Where can I see past days' totals?
In the Airtable ledger. Every transaction is logged as its own row, so you can look back over weeks without exporting anything from Wave.
