Automated VSCO Unpublished Image Queue

Every morning, WebRun signs in to VSCO, compares your edited images against what is actually published on your profile, queues the finished but unposted ones in a Microsoft Teams channel with a note on which still need a caption, and sends you a short WhatsApp shortlist for the day.

In short

How do I keep track of edited photos I never published?

WebRun signs in to VSCO every morning and compares your finished edits against what is actually on your profile, finding the images that were never posted. It queues them in Microsoft Teams with a note on missing captions and sends a short WhatsApp shortlist, so a posting rhythm stops depending on memory.

  • Finished edits stop sitting unposted for weeks
  • The queue shows edit date and caption status at a glance
  • Nothing is published to your profile without you doing it

Questions, answered

Will it publish images to my profile?

No. WebRun queues the finished edits and reports them internally. Publishing to your gallery stays a manual step you take in VSCO, so nothing goes public on its own.

Does it write captions for me?

It flags which images have no caption yet but does not post one. You can ask it to suggest caption ideas in the queue, and the wording you publish is always yours.

What happens to images once I post them?

They leave the queue. WebRun compares your edits against the live gallery each morning, so anything published since yesterday is dropped from today's list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
