How do I automatically create superbills for vision therapy visits?
Every night WebRun reads the day's completed vision therapy visits in Sanet Vision Integrator, builds a coded superbill in QuickBooks for each with the right procedure and diagnosis codes, and drafts the patient email in Gmail. Every superbill and message waits for your biller to review, so claims and receipts are ready without anything being sent or filed unapproved.
- Each day's visits are coded and ready by morning
- Coding is drawn from the recorded diagnosis, not guesswork
- No claim is filed and no email sent without biller review
Built for vision therapy clinics · optometry billers · practice managers · developmental optometrists

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it submit claims or email patients on its own?
No. Every superbill is saved as a draft in QuickBooks and every patient email is left unsent in Gmail. Your biller reviews the coding and the message, then submits and sends, so nothing goes out or gets filed without approval.
How does it know which codes to use?
It reads the service delivered and the recorded diagnosis from the completed visit in Sanet Vision Integrator, then applies the matching procedure and diagnosis codes to the superbill for your biller to confirm.
What if a visit was started but not completed?
Only visits marked complete in Sanet Vision Integrator are billed. Incomplete or cancelled sessions are skipped, so no superbill is drafted for a visit that did not happen.
