Automated Uscreen Cancellation Win-Backs
Every morning, WebRun opens Uscreen, lists the members who cancelled or lapsed in the last 24 hours along with how long they were subscribed and what they last watched, posts the list to your Microsoft Teams channel, and queues a short win-back text in Twilio for each of them that you approve before anything sends.
How do I follow up with members who cancel their video subscription?
WebRun opens Uscreen every morning and lists the members who cancelled or lapsed in the last 24 hours, with their plan, tenure, and any reason given. It posts the list to Microsoft Teams and queues a short win-back text in Twilio, unsent, for you to approve before anything goes out.
- Cancellations are visible the next morning, not at month end
- Long-standing members get a personal follow-up while it still matters
- No former member is texted without you approving the message
Built for course creators · fitness studios · membership sites · streaming publishers

Questions, answered
Will it text members who cancelled without asking me?
No. Every win-back message is queued in Twilio and left unsent. You read the queue and approve it, so no former member is contacted without your say-so.
Does it offer discounts or change anyone's plan?
No. WebRun never edits a subscription, applies a discount, or reactivates an account in Uscreen. Any offer you want to make is written and sent by you.
What about members with no phone number?
They appear in the Microsoft Teams list with their tenure and reason, but no text is queued for them. You can follow up by email yourself if the member is worth chasing.
Put this on autopilot.
