In short

How do I get a weekly cash summary from UOB business banking?

WebRun signs in to UOB business banking every Monday, records the closing balance, and exports the week's transactions to a running Google Sheet. It then publishes a short Notion summary with the balance and the largest inflows and outflows, so your leadership team can see the week's cash position without opening internet banking.

  • Leadership sees the week's cash position without logging into internet banking
  • Every transaction is logged to a running sheet automatically
  • Large inflows and outflows are called out, not buried in rows

Questions, answered

Will this replace my accountant's reconciliation?

No. It gives your team a running log and a weekly summary to work from, but the final reconciliation and sign-off is still yours or your accountant's to do.

Can WebRun send a payment or move funds from UOB?

No. WebRun only reads balances and transactions and reports on them. It never initiates a transfer, payment, or withdrawal. Anything that moves money stays in UOB for you to action directly.

What if a week has an unusually large transaction?

It is called out by name and amount in the Notion summary, right alongside the closing balance, so it does not get lost in a long row of Sheet data.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
