Automated Unbounce Lead Handoff to Sales
Every hour, WebRun opens Unbounce, collects the leads submitted since the last run across your landing pages, posts each one to your sales channel in Microsoft Teams with the page, variant, and campaign it came from, and pings the rep on duty in WhatsApp so the first call happens the same hour.
How do I get new landing page leads to sales faster?
WebRun hands your Unbounce leads to sales every hour. It collects the form submissions received since the last run, posts each one to your Microsoft Teams sales channel with the landing page, variant, and campaign behind it, then pings the rep on duty in WhatsApp so the first call happens the same hour.
- New leads reach a named rep within the hour they arrive
- Every lead carries the page and variant that produced it
- No submission is handed over twice across hourly runs

1
Unbounce - collect new leads

-
2
Microsoft Teams - hand each lead to sales
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to hand each lead to sales. - Post one message per lead to your sales channel with the contact details they submitted
- Include the landing page, the variant, and the campaign so the rep knows what the lead was promised
- Group leads by page when several arrive in the same hour
Done when Every new lead is posted to the sales channel with its source page.
-
3
WhatsApp - ping the rep on duty

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it contact the lead itself?
No. WebRun only posts internally, to your Microsoft Teams sales channel and your team WhatsApp group. The lead hears from a human rep, never from the automation.
Why does it include the variant?
Because the variant tells the rep what the visitor actually read. A lead from a pricing test needs a different opening line than one from a demo page, and the rep can see which they saw.
Will the same lead be posted twice?
No. Each run only takes submissions received since the previous run, so a lead is handed over once even when the hourly run overlaps a busy campaign.
