In short

How do I triage YouTube comments and reply to the important ones?

Every morning WebRun opens TubeBuddy and reads the comments left on your videos overnight, separating genuine questions and complaints from praise and spam. It drafts a reply for each one worth answering and sends the queue to Telegram for your approval, then posts the week's recurring themes to Slack.

  • Real questions are separated from praise and spam every morning
  • Each reply arrives drafted, so answering is approval rather than writing
  • Complaints repeated by several viewers surface as a theme, not a one-off

Built for YouTube creators · channel managers · media teams · community managers

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it post replies to YouTube on its own?

No. Every reply is drafted and left unposted. You read the queue on Telegram and approve or edit each one, so nothing appears under your video in your name without you seeing it.

Does it delete spam comments?

No. Spam and one-word praise are set aside from the queue and counted so you know what was filtered, but WebRun never deletes, hides or reports a comment.

How does it tell a real question from noise?

It reads each comment for an actual request, problem or correction, and separates that from praise, emoji and promotional spam. The counts of what was set aside are shown, so you can check the line it drew.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
