In short

How do I reconcile Trustly payments against my orders every day?

WebRun pulls yesterday's settled and pending payments from the Trustly merchant dashboard each morning, matches each one to its order, and lists anything pending, failed, or unmatched. Pending payments get a recheck on the finance Google Calendar, and the full reconciliation summary lands in Microsoft Teams before the team's first meeting.

  • Unmatched payments surface the same morning, not at month end
  • Pending payments get an automatic recheck instead of being forgotten
  • Finance opens Teams to a ready-made reconciliation summary

Questions, answered

What happens to a payment with no matching order?

It goes straight to the top of the Teams summary as unmatched, with the amount and reference number, so finance can chase it down manually.

Will WebRun refund or resend a Trustly payment?

No. WebRun only reconciles and reports on payments it finds in Trustly. It never issues a refund or moves money on its own. Any refund is queued for a human to review and process.

How does it handle payments still pending settlement?

It schedules a recheck on the finance Google Calendar for later that week, so pending payments get a second look instead of falling through the cracks.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
