Questions, answered
What counts as an unusual transaction?
Anything well above your typical daily spend, or from a payee WebRun has not seen on the account before. You set the threshold, and everything past it gets a Trello card.
Can WebRun move money between Truist accounts or send a payment?
No. WebRun only reads balances and transactions and reports on them. It never initiates a transfer, payment, or withdrawal. Anything that moves money is left for you to do directly in Truist.
Where do flagged transactions go?
Each one gets its own Trello card with the amount, payee, and date, so your team can review and clear it without digging back through the account.
