In short

How do I make sure files received through TransferNow do not get missed by my team?

WebRun checks TransferNow every few minutes for newly received file transfers, logging the sender, files, and link expiry to Google Sheets. It keeps a Notion note current with what is still waiting on the team, sorted by which link expires soonest, so a received transfer never quietly lapses unclaimed.

  • Every received transfer logged automatically, nothing missed
  • Expiring links flagged before they lapse unclaimed
  • A live Notion view of what still needs picking up

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it download the files anywhere on its own?

No. WebRun only reads transfer details and logs them. Downloading a file is left to the teammate who picks it up.

How does it know which transfers are still waiting?

It tracks a picked up marker in Google Sheets, so the Notion note only lists transfers no one has claimed yet.

What happens if a download link expires unclaimed?

It is flagged as expiring soonest in the Notion note, so the team can see the risk before the link actually lapses.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
