Automated Trakstar Overdue Review Tracker
Every Monday, WebRun opens Trakstar, checks the active review cycle for reviews still open past the deadline, logs each one to Airtable with the manager and employee, and builds a Notion chase list so HR can close out the cycle.
How do I track and chase overdue Trakstar performance reviews?
WebRun checks Trakstar every Monday for reviews still open past the cycle deadline. It logs each one to Airtable with the manager and employee, then builds a Notion chase list grouped by manager and sorted by days overdue, so HR can close out a stalled review cycle instead of chasing it by memory.
- Review cycles close on time instead of dragging on
- HR gets a chase list grouped by manager, not a raw export
- Submitted reviews clear off the list automatically

Questions, answered
Does it write or submit reviews?
No. WebRun only tracks which reviews are overdue. Writing and submitting a review always stays with the manager in Trakstar.
Does it contact the employee being reviewed?
No, the tracker and chase list are internal to HR. WebRun never messages the employee about their review status.
What happens once a review is submitted?
It reads the live status in Trakstar each Monday, so a submitted review is marked closed and drops off the chase list.
