In short

How can I automatically alert my team when a 3PL client is low on inventory?

WebRun checks Extensiv every morning, comparing on-hand quantities against each client's reorder thresholds. It posts a prioritized low-inventory alert to Slack for your account managers and drafts client restock notifications in Gmail for human review before any email is sent.

  • At-risk SKUs flagged before stockouts disrupt client orders
  • Account managers prioritized by days of cover each morning
  • Client notifications drafted and reviewed before they send

Built for 3PL operators · account managers at fulfillment centers · warehouse operations teams

Questions, answered

Will it email clients directly about their inventory?

No. Client-facing restock notifications are drafted in Gmail and held for account manager review. Nothing goes to a client until a human approves and sends it.

How does it know each client's reorder threshold?

It reads the reorder points configured in Extensiv for each client's SKUs. If thresholds are not set in Extensiv, ask your account managers to configure them so the check has a baseline.

What if a client has dozens of at-risk SKUs?

WebRun groups them by client in the Slack alert and sorts by days of cover, so your team can see which clients are most urgent at a glance without hunting through a long list.
