Questions, answered
Will the acknowledgment text send on its own?
No. WebRun only drafts it through Twilio. A human has to review and send it before the caller receives anything.
Does WebRun call the person back?
No. It transcribes the voicemail and hands it to your rep internally on Telegram. The actual callback is placed by the rep.
Why draft an acknowledgment instead of just handing off the voicemail?
So the caller can hear back quickly that their message was received, even before the rep has time for the full callback, once a human approves sending it.
