No. WebRun only reads the backup status already shown in imToken and reports on it. It never creates, imports, or exports a wallet key, and it never moves assets. Completing a backup stays something only you can do.

The dated confirmation is your own record that the check actually happened, so you can see at a glance when wallets were last reviewed even in a quiet week.
