Track what every 1inch swap actually costs you
Every Monday, WebRun opens 1inch, reads every swap executed through the aggregator in the past week, calculates the realized slippage and gas cost against the quoted rate for each, logs a Trello card summarizing the week's swaps, and posts a short cost summary to Microsoft Teams so swap costs stay visible.

How do I track the real cost and slippage of my 1inch swaps?
WebRun reads every swap you executed through 1inch in the past week and calculates realized slippage and gas cost against the quoted rate. It logs a Trello card listing every swap and posts a cost summary to Microsoft Teams, flagging any swap over 1% slippage, so hidden costs stay visible instead of buried in history.
- Slippage above 1% gets flagged instead of disappearing into a long transaction list
- Weekly gas spend becomes a visible number the team can actually track
- A full swap-by-swap cost history builds in Trello without manual notes
Built for DeFi traders · on-chain traders · crypto trading desks · DAO treasury operators

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does WebRun execute swaps through 1inch on my behalf?
No. WebRun only reads swaps that were already executed and reports on their cost. It never connects a wallet to sign a transaction and never initiates a swap or route selection.
How is slippage calculated?
As the difference between the rate 1inch quoted before the swap and the rate you actually received once it executed. A bigger gap usually means more slippage or a route that moved against you.
Why flag swaps over 1% slippage specifically?
It is a reasonable line between normal market movement and a swap worth reviewing, such as one routed through thin liquidity. The threshold can be changed to fit how you trade.
