In short

How do I monitor the health of my Tink bank connections?

WebRun checks your Tink dashboard every Monday for the connection status of every linked bank account, posts a health scorecard to Slack showing healthy versus failed connections, and pings Telegram right away if one drops. It never reauthorizes a connection or moves money itself, keeping your integration's health visible without a manual check.

  • Failed connections get flagged the same day, not discovered by a user complaint
  • A weekly scorecard shows integration health at a glance
  • No manual login just to check which accounts are still connected

Built for fintech engineering teams · businesses using Tink · open banking integrators · product operations

Questions, answered

Will WebRun reauthorize a failed connection or move money?

No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own, and it doesn't reauthorize a connection either. It only reads connection status and reports it, leaving the fix to you.

How quickly do I hear about a failed connection?

Right away. While the full scorecard posts weekly, a newly failed connection triggers a Telegram ping the same run it's found, not on the next Monday.

Does it show which specific connections need attention?

Yes. The Slack scorecard lists each failed or reauthorization needed connection by name, not just a total count.
