In short

How do I get a weekly summary of what I completed in TickTick?

WebRun builds your TickTick scorecard every Monday. It reads the tasks you completed last week plus everything that rolled over, logs one row per list in Airtable so the trend builds up, and sends a short Telegram summary naming the lists that moved and the ones that stalled.

  • You start Monday knowing exactly what shipped and what slipped
  • Carry-over is visible per list instead of hiding inside a long task list
  • Airtable builds a week over week trend with no manual tallying

Questions, answered

Will it change or delete any of my TickTick tasks?

No. WebRun only reads your lists and the Completed view. It never ticks off, reschedules, or deletes a task, and the only thing it writes is a summary row in your own Airtable base.

How does it count a task that was rescheduled?

It counts by live status. A task still open with a due date now in the past is counted as carry-over, and a task marked done in the last 7 days is counted as completed, so a reschedule shows up as carry-over rather than progress.

Can I track only certain lists?

Yes. Name the lists or projects you care about and WebRun scores only those, which keeps personal lists out of a work scorecard.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
