No. WebRun only reads the Telnyx portal. It never orders a number, releases one, changes a connection, submits a porting order, or uploads a document, so nothing you are billed for changes without a person doing it.
Will it place calls or send messages?
No. This workflow never uses your Telnyx account to originate traffic. It reads configuration and order status only, and reports to your own Notion page and Trello board.
How does it spot a number nobody owns?
It compares the live portal against your Notion inventory. A number with no connection attached or no owner named in Notion gets a Trello card, which is usually how you find numbers you are still paying for.
