In short

How do I keep my Targetprocess portfolio synced with a reporting log?

WebRun checks Targetprocess every morning for epics and releases changed in the last 24 hours, logs each item's current state in Google Sheets, and posts a sync status note to the portfolio team's Notion page, leading with anything that moved backward. Portfolio drift gets caught daily instead of at the quarterly review.

Questions, answered

Will it change the state of any epic or release?

No. WebRun only reads state changes already made in Targetprocess. It never edits an epic, release, or its state.

What counts as moving backward?

Any item whose state regresses to an earlier stage, like a release slipping from in-progress back to planned, which usually signals a real problem.

Does it cover the whole portfolio, or just one team?

It covers every epic and release you point it at, so you can scope it to the whole portfolio or a single team's slice.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
