Questions, answered
Will it email people who abandoned my form?
Not on its own. Every nudge is left as a Gmail draft for you to read and send. WebRun writes the message, you decide whether that person gets contacted at all.
What if the person never left an email address?
They are still listed in Slack, flagged as unreachable. You see the drop-off point, which tells you which question is costing you completions.
Will it chase the same person every morning?
No. WebRun keeps a note of who has already been drafted a nudge and skips them on later runs unless they start the form again.
