In short

How do I get automatic low-stock reorder alerts from talech?

WebRun scans your talech inventory every morning, finds every item at or below its reorder point, posts a prioritized alert to Slack, and drafts a supplier purchase request email in Gmail for each vendor. The drafts wait for your approval so nothing is ordered without your review.

  • Zero-stock surprises because alerts arrive before the shelf is empty
  • Supplier reorder drafts are ready in minutes, not hours
  • Items with no supplier assigned are flagged for immediate action

Built for retail store owners · restaurant managers · talech merchants · inventory managers

Questions, answered

Will it send the reorder email to my supplier automatically?

No. WebRun drafts the supplier email in Gmail and leaves it unsent for your review. You approve and send each order yourself, so nothing goes to a supplier without your sign-off.

How does it know my reorder thresholds?

It reads the reorder point you have already set on each item in talech inventory. You can update those thresholds directly in talech at any time.

What if an item has no supplier assigned in talech?

Items without a supplier are still included in the Slack alert and flagged as 'no supplier assigned' so you can add the supplier in talech and catch them next run.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
