Will it pay affiliates on its own?
No. WebRun only reads the ledger and prepares the payout sheet. Sending money stays a manual step you take after reviewing the list, so nothing leaves your account without a person approving it.
How does it stop someone being paid twice?
It reads the payout status in Systeme.io and checks the sheet's previous rows before adding a line, so a commission already marked paid is flagged rather than repeated.
What about sales that get refunded later?
WebRun notes any commission still inside its refund window and marks the row so you can hold it back until the sale is final.
