Automated Systeme.io Affiliate Payout Review
Every Monday, WebRun opens Systeme.io, reads the affiliate program ledger, collects the sales and commissions each affiliate earned since the last payout, writes a reviewed payout sheet in Google Sheets, and sends you a WhatsApp summary of the total owed so you can approve it before paying.
How do I review affiliate commissions before running a payout?
WebRun opens Systeme.io every Monday and reads your affiliate program ledger: who earned what and what is still unpaid. It builds a payout sheet in Google Sheets with each affiliate's sales and commission, then sends a WhatsApp summary of the total owed for you to approve.
- Payouts go out on time with one reviewed list
- Nobody is paid twice for the same sale
- Refundable commissions are held back until the sale is final
Built for course creators · affiliate managers · online coaches · digital product sellers

Questions, answered
Will it pay affiliates on its own?
No. WebRun only reads the ledger and prepares the payout sheet. Sending money stays a manual step you take after reviewing the list, so nothing leaves your account without a person approving it.
How does it stop someone being paid twice?
It reads the payout status in Systeme.io and checks the sheet's previous rows before adding a line, so a commission already marked paid is flagged rather than repeated.
What about sales that get refunded later?
WebRun notes any commission still inside its refund window and marks the row so you can hold it back until the sale is final.
