Automated SurveyPlanet Response Logging
Every morning, WebRun opens SurveyPlanet, pulls responses submitted since the last check, logs each one as a row in Google Sheets with every answer, and updates a summary page in Notion with the running response count and latest completion rate.
How do I automatically log SurveyPlanet responses to Google Sheets?
Every morning, WebRun pulls new SurveyPlanet responses, logs each one as a full row in Google Sheets, and updates a Notion summary page with the running total and completion rate. Teams get a complete, exportable response record in Sheets and a quick glance total in Notion without opening the survey itself.
- A complete response record builds up in Sheets without manual exporting
- The team sees a current total in Notion without opening SurveyPlanet
- No response gets logged twice
Built for Small business owners · researchers · event organizers · customer feedback teams

Questions, answered
Does it contact anyone who filled out the survey?
No. WebRun only logs responses internally to Google Sheets and Notion. It never emails or messages a respondent.
Could a response get logged twice?
No. It checks the sheet for a response already logged before adding it, so re-running the export does not create duplicate rows.
Does the Notion page show individual answers?
No. The Notion page keeps a running total and completion rate. Individual response detail lives in the Google Sheets log it links to.
