In short

How do I hand off Superlist tasks to a teammate automatically?

WebRun checks Superlist every morning for tasks marked for handoff on shared lists, messages the proposed new owner on Telegram with the details, and logs the handoff to your team's Slack channel. Tasks that need a new owner get one the same day, instead of sitting unassigned on a shared list.

  • Tasks needing a new owner get handed off the same day
  • Unowned tasks get flagged instead of silently dropped
  • Personal lists stay untouched by the handoff process

Built for small teams · startup teams · operations coordinators · project leads

Questions, answered

Will it reassign a task without confirmation?

No. WebRun only proposes a handoff and messages the new owner to confirm. The actual reassignment in Superlist still needs a person to make it.

What happens to a task with no clear new owner?

It's flagged in the Slack log as unowned instead of being guessed at, so you can assign it yourself.

Does it handle personal lists too?

It only looks at shared lists marked for handoff, so your personal to-do lists are left alone.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
