No. Every reminder is drafted and left queued in Twilio for HR to read and release. Nothing reaches a manager or an employee until a person approves it.
Does it change anything in SAP SuccessFactors?
No. WebRun reads assignments, due dates, and completion status only. It never marks training complete, reassigns a course, or edits a due date.
What about people who finished over the weekend?
It reads live completion status every Monday, so anyone who finished is dropped from the tracker and never appears in a manager's reminder.
