Automated Avionte Job Order Lead Routing
When a new job-order lead lands in Gmail, WebRun reads the inquiry, opens Avionte to check if the client already exists, scores the order by volume and vertical, creates or updates the client record, and routes the lead to the right recruiter via Slack so no opportunity sits unassigned.
How do I automatically route new staffing job-order leads to the right recruiter?
WebRun monitors your Gmail leads inbox continuously, reads each new job-order inquiry, opens Avionte to create or update the client record and Job Order, scores the order by headcount, and posts a Slack alert to the right recruiter within minutes so no lead sits unassigned.
- Every inbound lead is logged in Avionte and assigned within minutes
- No job-order inquiry sits unread in a shared inbox overnight
- Recruiters open Slack to a ranked, linked list of new orders each morning
Built for staffing agencies · temp agencies · light-industrial recruiters · clerical staffing firms

1

- Extract the client name, contact, role requested, headcount, and any pay-rate details
- Flag the message as processed so it is not picked up on the next run

-
2
Avionte - create or update client record and log order

- Set the Job Order status to Open and tag the vertical (light-industrial, clerical, etc.)
- Score the order internally by headcount: flag orders of 10 or more as high priority
Done when The Job Order is created in Avionte with correct status and priority tag.
-
3
Slack - alert the assigned recruiter
WebRun opens Slack to alert the assigned recruiter. - Post a message to the staffing-leads channel naming the client, role, headcount, and priority tier
- @mention the recruiter whose territory or vertical matches the order

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it reply to the client directly?
No. WebRun only reads the inbound email and routes the lead internally via Slack. Any reply to the client is drafted for a recruiter to review and send, never sent automatically.
What if the client already exists in Avionte?
WebRun searches Avionte's Company records first. If a match is found it adds the new Job Order to the existing account rather than creating a duplicate.
How does it decide which recruiter gets the alert?
It matches the order's vertical or territory tag against your recruiter routing rules set in Slack. You define the routing logic once during setup and WebRun follows it on every run.
