Does it use the wage rates I set in Square?
Yes. If hourly rates are configured in Square Team Management, WebRun uses them to calculate actual labor cost. If not, it calculates in hours and you apply your own rate in the sheet.
Can it show the breakdown per employee rather than per day?
Yes. Configure the report to show daily totals, per-employee breakdowns, or both. The default view is by day for easy weekly planning.
What is a healthy labor-cost percentage target?
It depends on your industry. Retail typically targets 15 to 20%, cafes and quick service 25 to 35%. Set your own threshold during setup so flags are meaningful to your business.
