How do I automatically draft Square Loyalty campaign messages for at-risk and near-reward members?
WebRun opens Square Loyalty every Monday, identifies members one step from their next reward and members who have not redeemed in 30 days, drafts a targeted message for each group, and logs both segments in Google Sheets for your team to review. No customer message is sent without human approval.
- Near-reward members are identified and messaged before they forget their points
- Lapsed redeemers are re-engaged with a relevant offer, not a generic blast
- No loyalty outreach goes out without a team member reviewing it first

Questions, answered
Will WebRun send the campaign messages to loyalty members automatically?
No. All draft messages are queued in Google Sheets for your team to review and approve. No loyalty member is contacted until a human sends the message through Square or your chosen channel.
Can it target members by specific reward tier or point level?
Yes. Set the near-reward threshold (e.g. one stamp away or within 50 points) and the lapse window during setup. WebRun applies those filters each week.
Does it work with Square Loyalty programs that use stamps as well as points?
Yes. Square Loyalty supports both stamp-based and point-based programs and WebRun works with either model, flagging members based on whichever unit your program uses.
