In short

How do I get automatic low-inventory alerts from Square POS?

WebRun scans Square inventory every morning, compares every item's stock count against its reorder threshold, and posts a Slack alert with the name, current quantity, and suggested reorder amount for anything running low. If all stock levels are healthy, it sends a quick all-clear so you always know where you stand.

  • Never sell out because a low-stock item went unnoticed overnight
  • Team sees the reorder list before the buying window closes each morning
  • Multi-location stock is checked in one pass

Questions, answered

How does it know my reorder points?

It reads the reorder point you set on each item in Square. If you have not set one, it uses a default threshold you configure during setup, such as 5 units.

Can it cover multiple Square locations?

Yes. WebRun checks inventory across all your Square locations and labels each alert with the location name so you know exactly where stock is running low.

Will it place reorder purchase orders automatically?

No. WebRun alerts your team so a human can review and place the order. This keeps purchasing decisions in your hands.

Put this on autopilot.
