Automated SquadCast Session Log Export

Every night, WebRun opens SquadCast, lists the sessions recorded that day with their show, session date, participants, and recording files, drafts the producer a tracker update in Gmail, and posts the recorded session list to Slack so the show team can see where each episode sits.

In short

How do I keep a podcast episode tracker up to date with every recording?

WebRun keeps your episode tracker current every night. It opens SquadCast, lists the sessions recorded that day with their show, date, participants, and recording tracks, posts the list to Slack, and drafts the producer a tracker update in Gmail for review before it is sent.

  • Every recorded session lands in the tracker the same night
  • Missing or still-processing tracks are flagged instead of forgotten
  • The producer reviews one drafted update instead of scrolling the session list

Questions, answered

Will it email anyone without me?

No. The Gmail tracker update is left as a draft for the producer to read and send. The only automatic post is the internal Slack list, which stays inside your show channel.

Does it touch my recordings?

No. WebRun reads the SquadCast sessions list and reports what it finds. It never deletes, renames, moves, or downloads a recording, so the source files stay exactly as your team left them.

What if a session is still processing?

It appears in the list flagged as unfinished rather than being dropped, and it carries over to the next night's run until every track has finished, so nothing quietly falls off the tracker.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
