In short

How do I collect listener questions and comments from my podcast every day?

Every morning WebRun opens Spotify for Creators, collects the Q and A responses, poll answers and listener comments left on your recent episodes, and groups them by episode. It drafts a reply to each for your approval, texts you the highlights through Twilio, and posts the full roundup to Slack.

  • Every listener question is answered or scheduled within a day
  • The next recording is built from real audience questions
  • No poll answer or comment sits unread between episodes

Questions, answered

Will it reply to listeners without me?

No. Every reply is drafted and left unposted in the Slack roundup for you to approve, edit or ignore. WebRun never publishes a response to a listener on its own.

Who gets the Twilio text?

Only the host number you save during setup. The text carries the count of new questions and the standouts, and WebRun never texts a listener.

Does it include poll answers and comments too?

Yes. Each run reads Q and A responses, poll answers and listener comments across your recent episodes, then groups all three under the episode they came from.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
