Automated CensiTrac Scope Reprocessing Alerts

Every hour, WebRun checks Censis for any endoscope that has passed its storage hang-time limit or is overdue for its scheduled reprocessing cycle, texts the on-call reprocessing tech through Twilio for anything due within the next two hours, and posts the complete overdue list to your SPD Teams channel.

In short

How do I get alerted when a scope is overdue for reprocessing?

WebRun checks Censis every hour for any endoscope that has passed its storage hang-time limit or missed its scheduled reprocessing cycle. It texts the on-call tech through Twilio for anything due within 2 hours and posts the complete overdue list to your SPD Teams channel, so no expired scope reaches a procedure unnoticed.

  • Overdue scopes get caught hourly instead of at the procedure cart
  • On-call techs get texted only when something is truly urgent
  • Every scope's hang-time status is checked around the clock

Built for Endoscopy reprocessing technicians · SPD supervisors · infection prevention teams · GI and pulmonology units

Questions, answered

Will it pull a scope from a case automatically?

No. WebRun only alerts your team that a scope is overdue. Pulling it, reprocessing it, or substituting another scope is a call your SPD or OR team makes.

What counts as overdue?

Any scope past the storage hang-time limit you set in Censis, or one that missed its scheduled reprocessing cycle, whichever it tracks for that scope type.

Does it text for every overdue scope or just urgent ones?

Just the ones due within 2 hours get a text. The full list, including anything overdue but not yet urgent, is always posted to Teams.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
