Automated Sobriety Hub Infraction Logging

Every night, WebRun opens Sobriety Hub, pulls every house rule infraction logged that day, records the resident, rule, and consequence in Google Sheets, flags anyone with 3 or more infractions in the past 30 days, and posts a summary to Slack for house leadership.

In short

How do I keep track of house rule violations at my sober living home?

Whenever staff log a house rule infraction in Sobriety Hub, WebRun records the resident, rule, and consequence in Google Sheets the same night, flags anyone with 3 or more infractions in the past 30 days, and posts a summary to Slack for house leadership before the next shift starts.

  • Every infraction is logged the same night, not weeks later during an audit
  • Repeat offenders are flagged automatically at 3 infractions in 30 days
  • House leadership starts each shift knowing exactly where things stand

Built for sober living homes · recovery residences · house managers · program directors

Questions, answered

Does it decide the consequence for a violation?

No. Staff record the consequence in Sobriety Hub when they log the infraction. WebRun only compiles what staff already entered into a searchable log and summary.

How does it flag repeat offenders?

It counts each resident's logged infractions in Google Sheets over the trailing 30 days and flags anyone at 3 or more, so house leadership can spot a pattern early.

Is the infraction log shared outside the house?

No. It stays in your Google Sheets and Slack workspace for internal staff use only. Nothing is sent to residents, families, or referral sources automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
