Automated AWS Skill Builder Cert Expiry Alerts
Every Monday, WebRun opens AWS Skill Builder, checks each engineer's certification expiry dates and renewal course progress, posts a digest of certifications expiring within 90 days to Slack, and mirrors anything expiring within 30 days to a Telegram channel.
How do I track my team's AWS certification expiry dates?
WebRun checks each engineer's AWS certification expiry dates every Monday through Skill Builder, posts a digest of certifications expiring within 90 days to Slack, and mirrors anything inside 30 days to a Telegram priority channel, so cloud certifications get renewed before they lapse, not after.
- Certifications get renewed before they lapse, not after
- Urgent expiries surface in a dedicated channel, not buried in Slack
- Managers see the whole team's cert status in one weekly digest
Built for cloud engineering managers · DevOps team leads · AWS partner organizations · technical training coordinators

Questions, answered
Will it schedule a recertification exam?
No. It only reads and reports expiry dates. Scheduling or paying for a recertification exam is always done by the engineer.
Does it message engineers directly?
No. Both the digest and the priority alert post to internal team channels. WebRun never emails or messages an engineer on its own.
Why two different alert windows?
The 90 day digest gives the team a heads-up early, while the 30 day mirror to Telegram makes sure nothing genuinely urgent gets missed in a busy Slack channel.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
